We ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping/handling charges and taxes are extra and not included in prices listed or quoted. Orders are shipped ground using our standard courier(s), unless otherwise directed by the customer. Shipping premiums apply for rush or overnight orders. Medset will ship collect or 3rd party as requested per purchase order/customer direction.
Medset accepts hospital issued purchase orders. All other orders are accepted conditionally. Payment is net 30 days and may be made by Electronic Funds Transfer, cheque or Visa/Mastercard.
Product(s) may be returned using prepaid shipping within seven days of receiving the shipment using the stated returns policy. The customer has an option of a credit or product exchange. For some orders, a restocking fee may apply.
Some items such as special orders are not returnable. All returned goods must be in new condition and in the original packing. Credit will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of items and is subject to approval. No refund on shipping/handling costs.
Authorization to return merchandise must be obtained from Medset prior to shipping. Medset will provide a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA). This number must be referenced on all packaging and documentation.
Medset products are warrantied to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty period will vary according to the product. Warranty information on a specific product is available at the time of purchase or when requested by the customer when an order is placed. For warranty replacements or repairs, please call customer service to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number. To obtain an RGA, please provide our invoice #, part # as well as contact information.
